In 21 B.C the
Poo-ada family from northern Scotland moved south to what is now the Isle of Mull. The family had 9 members. The Chief Poo-ada
named Ma-ahle set up a small kingdom on this island and over the next 70 years the Poo-ada family grew and gaind power
by marling into other families. Soon the ada part of the name was dropped and in 96 A.D the Poo family left the Isle of Mull
and the Kingdom of Poo-ada for the warmer climate of modern day Wales. There they lived in peace for 500 years, only to be
interrupted by the Romans for a short period of time. They practiced their religion (Pooism, the listening and obeying of
the great Poo gods) and began to grow curious of the world around them.
In 598 A.D
the Chief Poo-ada Dogna (by now Cheif Poo-da) issued an order for his best men the Order of the Poo to discover more
lands and take them for his nation.
The Order of
the Poo marched for many years and fought bravely, yet when they came to the Kingdom of the Gulls (western England) they
had to turn back.
By now the Nation
of Poo stretched from the Atlantic (Poolantic) east to what is now London. In 780 A.D the Guals destroyed the Nation of Poo.
But the people of Poo survived because of the great actions of the Order of the Poo and their leader Head Poo Dusnservick
(who was the descendent of Ma-ahle and whose roots went deep into the Kingdom of Dalridia by the marriage of the Poos and
McInnes). Head Poo Dunservick kept the Poo people alive for many years and the eventually moved to Ireland. There they lived
for a thousand years. Their way of life was all but forgotten. Then in 1799 a man by the name of Michael Angus discoverd a
book underneath his house (which had been damaged by a storm) in a stone box. The title of this book was "The Poois of Napootion
Poo, and the efpoots of Dunservickpoo" . Michael taught him self Pooish and studied the book until he had learnd
all about the Poo's . He retraced ancient trails and found that there were still people in northern Ireland who practiced
the old ways, he took them all to a ship headed toward America, where they landed in Virginia.
The names of
some of the family members were, Dunservick, Poo-na, Mis-realepoo, and Krish-poo-pa.
They set up
in northern Virginia and spred out going farther South with each move. The married many Southern men and women, during the
Civil War the family was divided, those still holding true to the old ways stayed in the South, those wishing a change moved
north to New York and Ohio.
The last real
family was found in Murfreesboro TN in 1961, after the Veitnam and Korean wars the family vowed never to let themselves be
destroyed. So the founded the Family of the Poo.
This is our
site our goal is to extend the ideas of "The Poois of Napootion Poo, and the efpoots of Dunservickpoo" which are peace, love
of family, love of kith and kin, remembering your roots and the acquiring of knowledge with good humor.
The last direct descendent of Dunservick is Pookie.
